What do I need to start?

All you need is a free Skype account, a computer and an Internet connection. If you don't have a Skype account, click here.

Then, sign up for your first free Spanish lesson and we will contact you to schedule your class.

If you like your free first class, (and we are sure that you will), you can buy as many or as few classes as you want.

Can I try a lesson for free?

Of course! Your first Spanish class is free without any commitment or payment.

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Yes, you can , we aim to be flexible and fit around your timetable. We do ask that you let your teacher know at least 24 hours in advanced or you will be charged for the lesson. In addition, we consider classes as cancelled if you don't answer on Skype, or if we don’t hear from you after 20 minutes into the scheduled lesson.

What are Spanish Skype lessons like?

Our teachers prepare tailor-made classes for you according to your level, needs and interests so you can focus on the specific skills that need improvement.

Before each one on one class you'll receive an email with the learning materials to be covered during the lesson and after each class you'll be sent homework to practice the concepts just learned. Don't worry if you don't have time enough to practice at home. Our teachers will help you make the most of each class.

 

You'll have access to your teacher via email anytime.

Our classes cover different areas such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation as well as cultural information to develop the four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Can I take these lessons if I can't speak any Spanish?

Yes, of course!

All of our teachers can speak a second language, so they will explain you everything you need in your own language (usually in English) as long as is necessary. Also you can receive the learning material written in English to make it easier to understand.

What if I need a refund?

If a refund is requested within 60 days of the purchase, we’ll refund 80 percent of the classes not used, but you will be responsible for the processing fee.

 

How long do I have to take my lessons?

You don't have a limited time to use your lessons but if you are more than 3 months without taking any of the lessons you bought, your lessons will expire.

 

When must I make the payment?

Lessons must be purchased at least 24 hours in advanced of the scheduled classes. Once we have received payment, you'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

 

What if I have technical problems during my lesson?

You can reschedule your class to make up the lost time, so you don't lose that lesson.
